Battlefield 6 Support revives: drag to cover or charge the defibrillator?
Support has standard and defibrillator revive options. EA says dragging during a standard revive slows the action, while a fully charged defibrillator returns full health. Choose the action around the casualty's position and the time you can protect the rescue.

Inspect the casualty's exposure
If the player is close to danger, the standard revive can include dragging them toward safety. That movement makes the revive slower. Decide whether the safer position justifies the extra time instead of treating movement as a free addition to every rescue.
Distinguish a quick defibrillator use from a full charge
EA describes a full charge as returning the player with full health; an incomplete charge can still revive but with less health. Account for what the revived teammate will face immediately afterward. A fast return into the same uncontrolled angle is not equivalent to a protected recovery.
Recheck progress after an interruption
The current class guide says a cancelled standard revive retains its progress when resumed. For an illustrative rescue, identify the threat, move or interrupt as needed, then inspect the remaining action rather than assuming every stop discards all progress. Coordinate with teammates who can cover the casualty's route back into play.
When your plan breaks
| What happens | What to change |
|---|---|
| The revive becomes slower while I move the casualty | Dragging adds a safety choice with a time cost. |
| The defibrillator returned less than full health | Check whether it was fully charged before use. |
| A rescue keeps failing at the same position | Change the exposure or coverage before repeating the identical approach. |
Quick answers
Which option should I decide first?
Whether the casualty can be protected where they are or needs a safer position.
What matters after the player stands up?
Their resulting health and the immediate route or cover available to them.
