The Isle server missing after an update: compare the Evrima build first
The Isle's publisher takes official servers offline during Evrima public-branch updates. Check that notice and the client update before treating a temporarily missing server as a reason to reinstall. Keep the selected branch and current server build explicit when comparing instructions.

Read the relevant maintenance announcement
The publisher's announcements identify public-branch updates and accompanying official-server downtime. Compare the current notice with the server you are trying to join. A list observed during maintenance does not establish the final state after the update completes.
Complete the client-side update
The same announcements advise restarting Steam if the update download is not available. Inspect the client's download state, then compare the installed version with the intended server. Do not start a fresh installation solely because the first server-list refresh did not show the expected result.
Check the branch assumed by an older guide
The publisher's earlier development notes distinguish Legacy from Evrima. Use that history to identify why an old guide may describe another client rather than as a promise that every old branch remains offered today. Read the branch currently selected in Steam and the host's current instructions before changing it.
